Seen the petition of complaint and the prosecution report along with forwarding report, arrest memo., personal search, statement of accused, inspection memo. and medical slip filed by the R.P.F. Bolpur.

The accused Mumtaz Ali is brought under arrest. He is taken into custody and remanded to J/c till 18.01.2018. No bail petition is filed on behalf of the accused.

Let the case be registered as complaint. Cognizance is taken.  


Perused the case record. Heard both sides. The offences are Magistrate triable in nature. Considering the nature and circumstances of the case I am inclined to enlarge the accused on bail. The accused may find a bail of Rs.1000/- with one registered surety of like amount. Id. to J.C. If on bail to date for appearance

Duty➡️ U (ইউ)➡️ 3rd position এ বসবে➡️ Stroke across the line হবে নীচের উদাহরন গুলি লক্ষ্য করুন - A.👉 Dipthong sign Stroke এর সঙ্গে যোগ করেও লেখা হয়। B.👉 Dipthong এর সঙ্গে অতিরিক্ত একটি Vowel Sound থাকলে, তাকে  Triphone বলে ৷ এটি বোঝানোর জন্য অতির ক্ত একটি Tick যোগ করা হয়। C.👉K, G, M, R এর পূর্বে শুরুতে w Sound বোঝানোর জন্য right Semi circle ব্যবহার করা হয়। দুই বা তার বেশী শব্দকে  একসঙ্গে লেখাকে ( without lifting Pen or Pencil) .   Easy matter 4 One day, an old fox was sitting near a river bank. A goat came there to drink water. The fox asked the goat to give him some water to drink. The goat took mercy on him and came near him with water. But the fox was very wicked, he attacked her. The goat was very strong, she escaped from there. After a few minutes, a deer came there to quench his thirst. The fox tried to attack him too, but the deer was very swift and strong, he also escaped. Thereafter, a sheep came there grazing. The wicked fox tried to trap the sheep. But the sheep said, "You wicked fox! You better die in thirst. Though your condition is so miserable, you are not out of your wickedness. I saw you trapping the goat and the deer. I will not fall prey to you.' Saying this, she ran away swiftly. Moral: Always be tactful with the wicked people.
